We are happy to issue a refund for all undamaged
& unworn items.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the safe return of their
parcel to Bianca Blue Collective. 

STEPS OF RETURNING/EXCHANGE

1. Request your return through our Returns Portal 

2. Items must be received by us within 30 days from receiving your order.

3. Once your request is approved please send your return back to the address below.

4. You will receive another email notification regarding the 

status of your return and the issuance of your refund.
 

ITEMS NOT ELEGIBLE FOR RETURN:

* All sale items 

* All samples from sample sale section of website 

* Items must not have make-up, tan stains, or pet hair from wear or try-on

* Items must have tags attached and untouched 

* Items must not have been worn or damaged and must be in original packaging

* Return parcels must have reference to order name or order number to allow us to identify the order

* Bianca Blue Collective has the right to deny a return if the items are not in the original state, the item will be returned to the sender if it is not suitable for a refund.
